	12th International Symposium of Immunobiology Infectious Agents: Immunobiology and Countermeasures May 4th-7th, 2009 Hilton Santa Fe Golf Resort & Spa, Santa Fe, NM History The International Symposium of Immunobiology was established in 1976. It brings together, once every 2-3 years, active investigators in the forefront of contemporary immunology, to present their findings, discuss their significance in the light of current concepts and identifies important new directions of investigation. The programs include invited speakers of renowned scientists from US and international universities, research institutions and industries. In addition, several short presentations are selected from abstracts on the basis of merit and timeliness. To maximize the benefit of the conferences, the proceedings are published in a special issue of a high impact journal.
